Eul Ji-hae-i and Jang Hwa-sa stopped Bong Sa-dal (Ahn Suk-hwan) from switching Gi Chan-seong (One) and Ki Yoo-jin's bodies and Eul Ji-hae-i said to Jang Hwa-sa, "Let's go home. I'll get you your re-trial papers because you saved Yoo-jin".
Back at home, they made a plan to retrieve the re-trial papers. When Jang Hwa-sa wondered if the papers would still be there, Eul Ji-hae-i said, "I would still have it because we might remake them".
The next day, Eul Ji-hae-i told Kim Jong-soo (Son Byung-ho) that she would collect necessary evidence in case Jang Hwa-sa rewrites the re-trial papers. However, he suspected her and tried to stop her from collecting evidence saying all she needed to do was stop her brother-in-law's trial.
Jang Hwa-sa said she would collect evidence herself. At three in the morning, she snuck into Kim Jong-soo's room during cleaning time and managed to input several passwords to open his safe. However, she was taken aback when there were no papers in there.
Kim Jong-soo had already taken Jang Hwa-sa's re-trial papers. Disappointed, Jang Hwa-sa told Eul Ji-hae-i, "I won't give up until I die even if which I won't give up Choo Young-bae. I also thought you didn't have a choice but to hand over his papers". She brought out evidence of Eul Ji-hae-i's corruption. When she saw them, Eul Ji-hae-i cried and said sorry.
