On the 9th episode of MBC's "Splendid Politics", Jeongmyeong (Lee Yeon-hee) revealed her true identity. Jeongmyeong changed into women's hanbok and went to see Joo-won (Seo Kang-joon) and Gwanghae (Cha Seung-won). And then she told them who she really was.

Gwanghae said, "Those words that your father was a fisherman and you lived in Dongrae were all lies". Jeongmyeong said, "True. Yeongchang, whom you killed, is my younger brother. I was surviving away from your search until now. I'm still alive like this".

Gwanghae was shocked. He said, "Jeongmyeong died on that day". Jeongmyeong in rage uttered, "I survived out of the flame on that day. I survived like an animal".

Jeongmyeong later asked Joo-won, "Do you remember when you said 'I'm Joo-won from Hong family'" at the ferry crossing? It was me, Jeongmyeong". Joo-won in shock shed tears.
