[Spoiler] 'The Merchant: Gaekju 2015' The real hardship begins now

2015/12/10 Source

The December 10th episode of KBS 2TV's "The Merchant: Gaekju 2015" showed the war of nerves between Bong-sam (Jang Hyuk) and So-gae (Yoo Oh-sung) over the election of the head of the traders' association.

It was also a war of money. While Seok-joo (Lee Deok-hwa) put 300,000 nyang into the election, Bong-sam found out the evidence of bribery thanks to the help from Seon-dol (Jung Tae-woo). Seon-dol lost his eyesight while he was trying to help Bong-sam and Bong-sam became more distressed under the circumstances.

Bong-sam emphasized on trust among the traders during his campaign and it earned much support from his fellow traders. As the result, Bong-sam was finally elected as the head of the traders' association thanks to the utmost support from the members of the association.

However, So-gae smiled a complacent smile although he lost the election. It was because Seok-joo had ordered him to get rid of Bong-sam prior to the election.
