On the forty-sixth episode of the KBS 2TV drama "The Wang Family", Wang Bong (Jang Yong) misunderstood his ex-son-in-law Ko Min-joong (Cho Seong-ha) to be having an affair and criticized him.

Ko Min-joong went by his ex-in-law's and gave Wang Soo-bak (Oh Hyun-kyung) an envelope saying it was for the baby's birthday party. She asked him to go talk somewhere and begged him to rethink their relationship but Ko Min-joong said, "We have nothing to talk about".

Wang Bong told Lee Ang-geum (Kim Hae-sook) and Wang Soo-bak to let go of him and not to expect things but Soo-bak begged him for help so he waited outside Ko Min-joong's office the next day.

Ko Min-joong told him, "It's over. I am having a hard time because of that". Wang Bong said, "Soo-bak is having a hard time, unlike you who has someone new. I don't see you the way I used to anymore. You had someone you were seeing, lying that she was a care giver".

Ko Min-joong was on the verge of spilling out the reason for why they got divorced, that Soo-bak was the one in an affair from the beginning but just ended up saying he wasn't the reason they got divorced. Wang Bong said, "I guess I was wrong about you".
