Kim Mi-so was at a party with Lee Young-joon (Park Seo-joon) and ran into model Oh Ji-ran (Hong Ji-yun) who he was seeing for business matters. Oh Ji-ran asked for a bouquet of flowers because it was her birthday and Kim Mi-so ran to the flowers shop in the middle of the party.

Kim Mi-so asked for the biggest bouquet of flowers and sneezed terribly. When she finally delivered the flowers, her eyes were red and watery.

Lee Young-joon thought Kim Mi-so cried because of what she had to do for his girlfriend and thought she liked him.
