"Tracer" to Come Out in January on MBC

MBC organized "Tracer" as the first Friday-Saturday drama of the new year.

According to MBC on the 13th, Tracer will be broadcast for the first time on January 7th next year following the "The Red Sleeve". It will be released simultaneously through Wavve, an online video service (OTT) in Korea.

"Tracer" is a thrilling drama that takes place at the National Tax Service, Tax Country 5 also known as 'the dump' which is scarier than the judge to some, depicting the fierce performance of a strongheaded man with a blind fury. It will be directed by "Voice 2" and "Missing Noir M" director Lee Seung-young.

Im Si-wan will appear in MBC drama for the first time in five years since "The King Loves". In the drama, he plays Hwang Dong-joo, a former industry's top accountant who managed the back money of a large company. He is now the head of the National Tax Service's Central Branch Tax Bureau. He is a person armed with extraordinary skills and unique shamelessness.

Go Ah-sung turn into Seo Hye-yeong, a team member of the 5th Tax Bureau. She is an investigator of the five tax countries with excellent intuition and investigative skills. She chases bad money with Hwang Dong-joo. In Tae-joon, played by Son Hyun-joo, is the head of the Central Regional Tax Service, the second number of the National Tax Service, constantly seeking higher power.

Oh Young, the head of the five investigations that Park Yong-woo will draw, is also drawing attention. He once was the ace of the tax bureau, but now he is a person who does not believe in working today. He collides with Hwang Dong-joo, who has rolled into the National Tax Service, but undergoes an unexpected change.
