Join a special panel of attorneys and executives as they discuss the legal, business and cultural challenges facing U.S. and Asian companies sending their popular culture overseas. Learn how these entertainment entities overcame trademark infringement, contract disputes, and other challenges to share their content with fans on both sides of the ocean. Explained in plain English and filled with fun examples, images and insight available nowhere else, this presentation is not only for entertainment professionals. It is for anyone interested in learning what it takes to move movies, music and television across the Pacific.
