Will Ko So-young come back with "Madame Freedom - 2015"?

2015/09/14 | 718 views | Permalink | Source

Attention is being drawn to Ko So-young who might come back with the movie "Madame Freedom - 2015".

It looks like she's considering the offer. "Madame Freedom - 2015" is based on a novel written by Jeong Bi-seok in 1954. This story of a maiden gone out of phase was movie-fied in 1956.

The remake of "Madame Freedom" points a finger at society through married women in Chungdam-dong. The movie is going to be produced by Daniel H. Byun and Ko So-young was considered the most appropriate actress for the role.

If she decides to go through with it, this will be her first comeback in 8 years. Ko So-young is a legendary actress from the 90s. She started reducing her activities since the millennium and married Jang Dong-gun in 2010 which since, she's stopped acting entirely.

Ko So-young has always been talking about a movie appearance. Rumors said she was appearing in a movie with Ha Jung-woo at one point too. Still, nothing can be sure as to what she's going to do.
