The Korean actress Shim Hye-jin, one of the most popular Korea movie stars, has been selected as a judge for the "Asian Short Film & Video Competition" session of the festival.

The group of judges for the competition includes, Ann Mungai (director Saikati Enkabani), Theresa Kwong (Hong Kong Art Center), Jin-Sook Lee (CEO of Angel Underground Corporation and co-producer of "Bewitching Attractions"), Jin-Sook Lee (professor of law at Seoul National University) and Hye-Jin Shim.
