Actor Yeon Jung-hoon will leave for Japan August 6 to establish his presence in that country. The actor's agency, Kim Jong-hak Production, reported on August 4 that Yeon will arrive in Japan on August 6 and hold a fan meeting and a press conference the next day.

Organized by KNTV and sponsored by Fuji TV, the event will feature the screening of Yeon's activities in Korea up to this point, including his big- and small-screen roles, TV commercials, and photo sessions.

Yeon drew attention in Japan for his role in the series "Sad Love Story". He will begin the filming of the movie "Sweet Dream" in Japan in mid-August, and will release a single and a photo album in September. According to Yeon's agency, the actor is to finish the recording of his single soon and has already finished the shooting of his photo album in China and Europe.
