Yoon Park lands leading role in new movie, 'The Soup'

2015/11/23 | 508 views | Permalink | Source

Yoon Park has been cast as the male lead in movie, "The Soup".

Movie "The Soup" is based on a real story about a man who comes into a house without being invited to live with a married couple with intellectual disability, who has a seven year old daughter.

Yoon Park plays Jae-goo, an ex-convict, whose behaviors are rough while he's softhearted deep inside. This will be his new challenge in terms of the required transformation in his acting style as the character is quite different from his previous roles.

While Shin Jung-geun and Jang So-yeon have been cast as the married couple, the movie is drawing attention as to the chemistry that the pair and Yoon Park are anticipated to deliver together.

Meanwhile, "The Soup" will begin filming in November while the release date is slated to be sometime in 2016.
