[HanCinema's News] Baek Hyunjin Acknowledges Receipt of Coffee Car

SW Management recently posted a photo of actor Bek Hyunjin, who is represented by the agency, standing in front of a coffee car dedicated to his name. The coffee car to the set of "Political Fever" for the benefit of cast and crew did not have a clearly identified benefactor. However, whoever sent the coffee car identified Bek Hyunjin as an actor with honorifics. This suggests that the benefactor is not themselves an actor, and also holds Bek Hyunjin in high professional esteem.

Bek Hyunjin most recently appeared in "Taxi Driver" as the chairman of a data company. The coffee car photo appears to confirm that he has gotten right back to work following that drama's conclusion in a very different project. "Political Fever" is a politically themed situation comedy. Bek Hyunjin stars in the leading role as a political commentator who is kidnapped by malicious forces to torment his wife, played by Kim Sung-ryung, who recently became a government minister.

"Political Fever" is being developed exclusively for the wavve streaming platform. To date very little information is known about the drama publicly save for its premise and principal cast. However, if filming is already underway, the project will most likely be released to subscribers sometime this year.
