The food and dairy cooperative Seoul Milk recently announced that actress and singer Kim Ji-yeon has been selected as the new model for their brand of yogurt. The Viyott yogurt brand is mixed with cereal, and is advertised in such a way as to emphasize its healthy properties. Kim Ji-yeon's bright, healthy energy was cited by Seoul Milk as their reason for wanting her as an ambassador for their brand.

Kim Ji-yeon has recently seen a huge surge in her popularity thanks to her appearance as the second lead on "Twenty Five Twenty One" where she played the second female lead, a champion fencer. Kim Ji-yeon has also been on television recently for the second season of Queendom, as her group, WSJN, is one of the competitors in the musical competition show. Kim Ji-yeon currently has no confirmed upcoming acting projects.
