As autumn has come in earnest celebrities can now be seen on social media wearing scarves. It's a trend expected to persist through the upcoming colder months, as Bae Suzy, Lim Yoona and Park Min-young all appear as preeminent examples.

Pairing jackets with scarves has been one favorite exemplar. Oh Yeon-seo, Shin Min-a, Yum Jung-ah, and Cha Jung-won have all embraced this particular fashion statement because of the latitude it allows for scarf placement. The jacket mostly deals with the problem of colder weather on its own, allowing much of the scarf to twirl outward in a more technically useless position that nonetheless holds aesthetic appeal.

However, for colder weather, mastering a more conservative and snug styling is also critical. Jung Ryeo-won and Ki Eun-se, among others, favor this kind of perfectly functional scarf design, which is more casual yet also more naturalistic.

Another alternative to jackets is the trenchcoat, which provides similar fashion options to a regular jacket, while providing a bit more warmth. Seo Yea-ji, among others, enjoys this style, as it provides other useful alternate options. More styling beyond just these persists as well - the sheer variety of new options for dealing with colder weather are a large part of what makes the season so enjoyable both for dressing up and celebrity watching.
