[HanCinema's News] "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" Confirmed for Release in the United States

On June 6th Well Go USA announced that they had obtained the distribution rights to "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" in the North American market. The official release date for "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" is now set for June 17th. This is only two days after the film will be theatrically released in South Korea itself. The news comes as Well Go USA is attempting to restart theatrical distributions for South Korean films, which it had stopped doing over the course of the pandemic.

Well Go has also obtained the rights to release "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" in the local markets for the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. The film is the sequel to "The Witch : Part 1. The Subversion" which was released back in 2018 and established newcomer Kim Da-mi as a major talent. Like its predecessor, "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" also stars an unknown actress, this time Shin Si-a, in the leading role as a girl with extraordinary and dangerous telekinetic powers.
