Singer and actor Lee Ji-eun, actor Kim Woo-bin, and singer DinDin made donations on the 1st, creating warmth.

Through her Instagram, Lee Ji-eun said, "Winter with warm hearts. The new year has just dawned. You can't be happy 365 days a year, but I wish you a happy year with happier days than sad. And I wish you all good health. Happy New Year!" along with four certificates of donation.

According to the released donation certificate, Lee Ji-eun donated 50 million won each to the Korea Senior Welfare Center Association, the Korea Children's Welfare Association, the Korea Single Mother Family Association, and the Korea Disabled Welfare Facility Association under the name IUEANA, which combines her name and her official fandom name.

Lee Ji-eun has continued to donate money. Last year, she donated 50 million won to the Happiness Sharing Foundation, 100 million won to the Heart to Heart Foundation, 50 million won to the Korea Single Mothers' Family Association, 50 million won to the Korea Foundation for the Elderly, 100 million won each to Asan Medical Center, the Korea Children's Welfare Association, and the Seoul Children's Hospital to mark the 15th anniversary of her debut.

Kim Woo-bin also began the New Year with a good deed. He recently donated 100 million to Asan Medical Center in Seoul to help fund the treatment of vulnerable patients.

Kim Woo-bin started donating anonymously to help low-income teenagers in 2014 and continues to provide support for pediatric cancer patients and share them with the underprivileged through Asan Medical Center in Seoul every year.

Whenever social disasters such as COVID-19 damage, forest fires, and flood damage occurred, he naturally joined the donation procession and added warmth to society, and on Christmas Eve last year, he sent Christmas gifts to about 200 children in the pediatric ward of Asan Medical Center in Seoul.

DinDin also donated 10 million won to young people preparing for self-reliance at the Korean Red Cross on the 31st.

DinDin said through his agency, "I think I was able to end the year safely and receive an unexpected big award thanks to the uncosted love you give me", adding, "I hope this donation will allow me to share the love I received as I wrap up 2023. I hope many people will have a warm end of the year and a happy new year".

DinDin previously donated 10 million won through the Korean Red Cross during the earthquake in Türkiye.
