Shim Eun-ha said in a telephone interview with Yonhap News on the 1st, "I am very sorry that this (return) news, which is groundless, has been delivered again by those who still do not forget and love me".

She added, "I hope the day comes when I can see you in a good way with good works".

Earlier on the morning of the 1st, BioForM Studio, a comprehensive content company, said, "We signed a contract with Shim Eun-ha to appear in a work and paid a down payment. We will produce a comeback work this year".

The company in question also claimed in March last year that it signed a contract with Shim Eun-ha to produce the next drama. Shim Eun-ha drew a line at the time, saying, "It is groundless".

As talk of her return came out again, Shim Eun-ha denied again, saying, "I have never signed a contract with BioForM Studio or received a down payment", and said she would take legal action against false information.

Meanwhile, Shim Eun-ha has been devoted to family life since she retired in 2001 and married her husband, Ji Sang-wook, a politician, in 2005.

Shim Eun-ha, who started broadcasting as an actress for the 22nd open recruitment of MBC in 1993, appeared in the dramas "Last Match", "Sook Hee", and "If You Love Me", and the movies "Christmas in August", "Art Museum By The Zoo", "Tell Me Something" and "Interview".
