On the 4th episode of MBC drama, 'Kill Me, Heal Me' Oh Ri-jin (Hwang Jung-eum), who is a psychiatry resident doctor, started opening her heart towards Cha Do-hyeo (Ji Sung) once she had learned about his secrets.

Cha Do-hyeon became shocked deeply after he had encountered his fourth personality, Na-na followed by Shin Se-gi and Perry Park. Cha Do-hyeon faced Shin Se-gi alone through the mirror in a bathroom.

Shin Se-gi asked, "Are you afraid. Are you sure you'll be fine once you have recovered the lost memory. There's always a price for truth. You won't be able to deal with it. So cover it up. Just leave quietly as you've been. Can't you remember. You ran away like a coward. I was the one who fought against it instead of you".

Shin Se-gi continued, "Without me, you would have died alone long time ago shivering with distress. Now who's calling who a false image". After this, Ch Do-hyeon turned into Shin Se-gi and Cha Do-hyeon was stuck in the mirror and broke down in despair.

Meanwhile, Oh Ri-jin recalled Cha Do-hyeon's words, "I don't make friends" and sighed quietly. Later she changed the name for his phone number from Shin Se-gi to Cha Do-hyeon.

Right at the moment, she received a text message from Cha Do-hyeon asking to meet. But the person who came forward was not Cha Do-hyeon, but Shin Se-gi. Oh Ri-jin couldn't help it but feeling disappointed. Shin Se-gi grabbed Oh Ri-jin and started heading to somewhere.
