Kim Sang-joong to Come Back With "Knight Flower"

Actor Kim Sang-joong will make a comeback to the small screen for the first time in four years with MBC's new drama "Knight Flower".

MBC's new drama "Knight Flower" depicts the double life of Jo Yeo-hwa (Lee Hanee), a 15-year widowed woman, and Park Soo-ho (Lee Jong-won-I), a military worker who everyone covets at the four gates of old Seoul.

Kim Sang-joong plays the role of he first vice-premier Seok Ji-seong, the father-in-law of Jo Yeo-hwa, a masked widow (Lee Hanee), and boasts the dignity of the highest family in Joseon. He is a person who receives the trust of the king and the respect of the people along with the reputation of being a master of heaven. He is an infinitely kind and generous father-in-law, but he shows politics based on thorough conviction in the country affairs.

"Knight Flower" is scheduled to begin filming with the goal of broadcasting in the second half of this year.
