The scale of Korea Visual Industry includes terrestrial broadcasting companies, cable/satellite/DMB/IPTV/independent companies in 2010 is US$9,75billion.

Revenue of most companies has been increased except independent companies. Especially, the revenue of companies whom their total revenue is between 0.9 million~8.7 million is decreased 12.4% comparing to the year 2009.

In addition, TV viewing rate keeps decreasing. Individual viewing rate is decreasing faster than house viewing rate. The viewing rate of 30s is getting lower while the paid viewing rate of 40s is growing fast.

During the year 2011, "Smile, Dong-hae" is the top with the average viewing rate at 36.4%. The 2nd is "Secret Garden" at 30.2%. "Ojak Brothers" took 3rd place with the average viewing rate at 24.4%.

Among top 20, KBS took 9 programs and SBS for 6, MBC for 5.
